This review is from: Lamson Litespeed Flyfishing Reel (Misc.) I have not used this reel yet, but the drag system seems as smooth as advertised. The reel is very lightweight, but doesn't seem like it would fall apart under use. The hard alox finish is not as dressy as the Guru, but I had another reel with a harder alox finish (Harris Solitude) and I was very pleased with how it put up with my reckless nature.
