This reel was a gift for my father and he absolutely loves it. He is a fishing nut, and i saw this on his wishlist so I got it for him. great reports so far.

I'm purchasing two new reels to replace the one that finally crapped out on me. I got at least 3 years of use out of it and I didn't do anything to maintain this reel. In fact, I'd say I abused it heavily through the last few years. Definitely worth the price!

I bought this to replace my old blue Millionaire Series reel that I have been using since the '70's. Haven't put any line on it yet but seems as well built as my original but with an updated anti-backlash system. Am very pleased with the cost/quality ratio. Probably going to buy a second one after I put this one through its paces this spring.
